Elivana Accents Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise within 45 days of purchase.

Restriction Apply

You must have the original sales receipt.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the merchandise.
Elivana Accents will only refund items purchased through www.elivanaaccents.com. If you purchase merchandise through Amazon, Facebook, or another dealer, you need to process the return through the same dealer.
The item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We recommend that you keep your packaging for 45 days after purchase.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Your credit company may take up to 10 business days to post the refund to your card.
If your payment method was a gift card, your refund will be in the form of a new gift card. We'll deliver the gift refund to the original shipping address via USPS.
We do not credit or refund shipping charges.
You can return the item to our warehouse at your own expense.

Merchandise Sent With Free Shipping

We will refund your account after evaluating the product condition and packaging, and we will determine a restocking fee depending on merchandise condition, product weight, and the free shipping locations. The restocking fee will be deducted from the original amount of your original purchase.

Merchandise Loss Or Damage

All our products are shipped from El Salvador through the El Salvador Postal Service, US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.The purchaser is responsible for inspecting all merchandise before signing for the shipment and noting any obvious damage on the shipper bill. It is the purchaser's responsibility to file any damage claims with the carrier and, in the event of concealed damage, to notify the shipper, obtain an inspection from the shipper, and then file a claim with the shipper. As a courtesy, we can work with you and the shipper to replace the lost or damaged merchandise.

Merchandise For Exchange

We're happy to exchange the item for a preferred product. The item must be new, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. We will charge exchange shipping to your account unless the exchange results from our mistake. You need to send the product in the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, you will be responsible for new packaging and a box.

Custom And Personalized Merchandise

All personalized products are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Custom merchandise handcrafted to the buyer's specifications is not returnable, and we will not issue refunds.

Changes to custom orders must be in writing within 7 days of placing the order. Elivana Accents will determine if the change is feasible. Additional charges may apply to changes. No custom orders should be canceled or modified within 14 days of placing the order. If custom orders are canceled after 14 days, 50% will be charged as a restocking fee.

Elivana Accents Warranty Policy

We offer a one-year warranty on craftsmanship. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
We recommend keeping your receipt for one year for warranty purposes.
We stand behind the quality of our products. We will exchange or repair your products during the warranty period. You must have a copy of the original receipt.
For warranty claims, a photo showing the manufacturing defect is required before returning the product.
Elivana Accents will only warranty items purchased through www.elivanaaccents.com unless you provide the original receipt with your dealer authorization. You may not return merchandise without Elivana Accents' written approval. Once we approve your warranty application, we will email you the details.

Warranty Exclusions

Limited warranty does not include:

Clearance items, purchased "as is".
Merchandise damaged by acts of nature, animal bites, vandalism, fire, abuse, or incidental damages.
Lack of proper care and maintenance or improper assembly after cleaning the product
Products fading or discoloration from exposure to elements such as oils, spills, fluids, or chemicals.
After modifications, Elivana Accents is not responsible for spending more money than the value of the product.
We won't replace items purchased through garage sales, vintage shops, eBay, or REI stores.
